Attentive staff, with particular appreciation for their friendly demeanor. Enjoying delicious crêpes at breakfast was a highlight, even if the buffet option was not as initially advertised. Liked huge rooms.
The pool was great and I had delicious drinks in the jazz bar. The breakfast was satisfactory and all the personnel were accommodating and exceptional.

Great Stay with Convenient Amenities
Enjoyed our 2-night family stay with a lovely view from our Beautiful Queen Room. The concierge service provided excellent recommendations. Stock up on coffee from nearby cafes instead of the hotel. A simple walk to local attractions adds a bonus!

Best possible location within easy walking distance of Le Chateau. Found in the central area just off the Place des Arts subway station and complex, St Catherine's subway and downtown and McGill U. Huge and incredible room and good facilities. Lots of fab options for meal.

Location
Poor cleaning was evident as food orts in the crpet by the sitting table, in the corners. In light of recent publicity about hotel cleanliness, this should havge already been addressed.

I loved reasonably priced breakfast, wonderful views.
The fact that Mcgill subway station was some 15 minutes away was a plus. The room was decent sized, offered useful things, such as tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge...

great location but loud plumbing
The downtown location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. I appreciated the spacious lap pool, a highlight for my family. Breakfast offered a good variety, a pleasant way to start our mornings. The city view from our room added a nice touch.
The plumbing noises were quite bothersome throughout our stay.
